It's a well run, well equipped, spacious house next to a park. Perfect for a professional who wants a quiet, comfortable, private place. This is a family home and we're looking for a lodger rather than a flatmate. So there isn't a shared sitting room, but you get a good size bedroom with en suite bathroom and gorgeous view of the large park, on your own floor - tons of privacy. Lodgers are welcome to use the large garden.

5 mins walk from Mill Hill Broadway (Thameslink, 20 mins to St Pancras/Kings Cross) and 5 mins on the bus to Burnt Oak (Northern Line).

We have two kids (aged 7 and 9) and a long-haired cat. Lodgers must be amenable to both.

Bills and reasonable wifi broadband use (not gaming) are included in the rent.

This is a Mon-Fri arrangement but we're flexible about arriving and leaving times and we can accommodate some weekends if you want to stay in London occasionally.
