Double room in clean cosy flat in to Kings Cross

Hello everyone!

We will have a room vacancy soon, available to move into from the 21th of February. It's a good size room in a fantastic location, just between King's Cross and Mornington Crescent (about 8min walk to either) and excellent buss connection to pretty much every main part of the city. The rent is very cheap for what you are getting - £520 per month (incl gas and heating) and the bills on top of that amount to about £30 a month per person (electricity, water and internet) plus council tax which is spilt with between three people (roughly £25-30 per person). When moving in there is also an agency fee to cover. The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a wardrobe. It's also quite bright as one wall is fully lined with windows.

The current contract lasts until September, after which it can renewed for another year.

Current household

We are two girls. I'm currently working in media and broadcasting as a photo editor. The other girl works in fashion. We generally quite busy and have our own lives, but we are also friendly and sociable.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a mature and responsible girl, who is a professional, 26 years old or over (no students please). We are a quiet and clean household and we respect each others privacy. We are not a party house, but we are sociable. Ideally we are looking for someone who is independent and tidy. There is a cleaning rota arrangement for the common areas. If you are looking for a calm and quite place to come home to this will be perfect for you!
