Single room available in a 4 bedroom flat (or maisonette to be exact!) The guys are friendly and social and people get on well yet respect each others privacy. We are post-grad students, one of us is currently doing his PhD. and the other has just finished and starting a post doc, both at UCL.

The rent is £600 per calendar month, all bills included (gas, water, electricity, internet).

3 minutes walk from Mornington Crescent tube station and various bus routes. 3 minutes walk from a Sainsbury's Local and 15 minutes walk to a large Sainsbury's supermarket. 5 minutes walk to Camden High Street with various amenities in Camden, such as Lidl.

The bed can be positioned either along the length of the room or across the width. There is a small desk and chair that could be moved into the room, or you can bring your own.
