This is a single room with a single bed in a well-appointed and quiet flat 2 mins walk from Mornington Crescent.

The room contains a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and south-facing window. The rest of the house comprises two toilets, a bathroom with bath and shower, airing cupboard, oodles of storage space, large living room with monitor/telly and hi-fi system for plugging in laptops, a kitchen with a DISHWASHER, brand-spanking new washing machine, tumble-drier, tall fridge-freezer, new gas cooker, lots of sofas and a spacious patio (big enough to have a good-sized barbeque party and store a lot of bikes).

If you're worried about safety, there is also a secure gate to the building, complete with a video entry-phone.

This flat has been my home for going on 8 years. It's in a superb, friendly, well-connected location. The room isn't that big, but you get a lot for living here.

Rent includes broadband, electricity, gas, heating, hot water. Deposit is one month's rent.

Before I graduated it took about 10 minutes to get to UCL, Regent's Park, Camden Market and two of the major London train stations (Euston and King's Cross) - it doesn't matter where in London you work or study, you can get there very quickly from this location and you're never far from a nice place to relax, either. There's also a lovely little park opposite the house and local shops are a stone's throw away.
