Bright & Airy room in a Huge, Modern+Open Plan house

Our housemate is moving back to Ireland onto greener pastures, so we're looking for a new person to join the flat as from the 14th of January (preferably female, for balance but really just anybody who's a great fit).
I live with three other professionals: Simon, Craig, and Aidan all lovely guys. I work for an Advertising agency in Soho which is great fun, and I enjoy going to the cinema (a lot), cycling (especially a ride home on the Boris bikes after a night out), seeing friends, cooking and any excuse to do all of the above. As a flat we get on very well and enjoy catching up in front of the TV. We like living in a clean and well kept pad - keeps your mind clear, so a flatmate with a pretty sound sense of tidiness is important...!
THE HOUSE: Large house on a quiet street, open-plan and spacious with plenty of light flooding in from all areas of the house, and wooden flooring throughout the living and dining areas. The landlord (who's brilliant), is an Architect and this is apparent in the design of and layout of the house. 1 large kitchen (gas cooker), huge lounge (with a V big TV :) ). We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight (inclusive).
THE ROOM: The room is located at the first floor of the house. Very bright and airy with wooden flooring, furnished with a double bed, desk, shelving unit, wardrobe and side table. The rent is £550 pcm, including bills & a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £700, all to be paid by the monthly rent due date (14th of January).
TRANSPORT: 7 minute walk to Neasden tube station or a 12 minute walk to Dollis Hill tube. We're a 5 minute walk from the high street which has a tesco express and many food markets. A large Sainsbury's is also nearby. In terms of night buses, I'm often out late and I've not found this to be an issue as we're serviced quite well from Central London - the N98 from Holborn, Tottenham Crt Rd or Oxford Street runs pretty frequently.
