Dear ladies (only),

I am letting a cosy, newly decorated single room in a 2 bedroom garden flat, AVAILABLE MID NOVEMBER 2014, within close proximity to Neasden and Cricklewood.

The flat has all mod cons. and the rent is £480 per calendar month all inclusive. Shops and main supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Lidl, etc.) are all on a short walk and there is also a park just 5 minutes away.

To secure the room, 1 month's deposit is required (£480); then the first month's rent before your move in date.

It would ONLY suit someone who loves pets as I have two cats and when I am away for work (once in a while) I would expect you to kindly feed them and generally keep an eye on them. They are very well behaved and tend to spend a lot of time in the garden so if you're looking for a quiet place...you're really welcome; as that's what my home essentially is.
You will be sharing the flat with myself only (and the cats) hence it is a very peaceful place.

Please note: I am looking for a potential flatmate who is considerate and not too 'noisy' as well as extremely tidy and who is willing to share house chores and make our place a HOME, not a hotel.
Moreover, the potential tenant should be a full time employed professional aged 25 or above.
