Big Double Room

Big double room to let.
I require two weeks deposit and two weeks rent upfront.
All bills are included in rent (also wlan).
The room is available from the 5th of April.

- I provide a separate fridge


I have worked for a long time to buy my own house. I am living in London for some time and I know how it is to share a house. I also know what makes a good landlord.

The room is newly painted and all furniture is new.

I am looking for a professional tidy person who can respect other privacy. We are two hard-working girls and we like to have a dinner or tea in the evening together. We expect a respectful and peaceful interaction in the flat.
