The room available is a smallish double, but also included is a storage space down the hall (walk in cupboard with door) £475 without bills (bills roughly £70 inc council tax) a bargain for zone 2!

We have an 18ft kitchen, a 20ft lounge so loads of space. A big garden which is ace in the summer.

5 minute walk to sainsbury's supermarket, and about 7 to new cross gate station, plus pretty good buses into town.
