We have a double furnished room available to rent from 1st May-31st May, in our 3 bedroom flat-share on Waller Road in New Cross Gate /Nunhead/Telegraph Hill, SE14.

The building is a beautiful Victorian House in the local, leafy conservation area. The flat is situated on the top floor and is a split level maisonette, which is great for sharing as it gives plenty of space.

The room is a cozy, sunny double and will be emptied to an extend that there will be plenty of space for your temporary stay. The flat otherwise is fitted with a modern bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is homely and spacious facing our neighbours back garden. We also have a separate, sunny living room with large bay-windows which we use for hosting guests occasionally and as creative studio space.

About us:
You'll be sharing with two friendly and considerate creative professionals in their thirties, who enjoy a homely atmosphere - this flat is a haven from our busy lives in London and we're looking for someone likeminded - this is not the flat for loud parties or playing music all night! We lead fairly quiet lives in the flat and respect each others' privacy, but are happy to share a meal occasionally or a catch up in the evenings.

About you:
We are looking for a friendly, non-smoking female to stay with us temporarily (sorry no couples please), while our flatmate is away.
We would like to share with someone who is clean, easy-going and respectful. We do not have a cleaner as we all contribute to making sure the place is clean and tidy.

- The beautiful Telegraph Hill neighbourhood and Brockley with its nice parks and cafes close by
- There is a huge Sainsbury's and other local amenities close to New Cross Gate Station and a farmers market in Peckham on Sundays
- Peckham's Bellenden Road is a short bus ride or walk where you can find new organic shops, restaurants and cafes
