Double room for rent in New Cross Gate

We are offering a lovely sized double bed room fully furnished with a cupboard and chest of draws for rent.

This is a short term let as I will be travelling broad as part of my degree for two months. It is perfect for anyone that has not yet been able to find a place and will be looking for a short term place to stay until they can find something more permanent for the rest of the academic year. Furthermore, Goldsmiths start to offer rooms in their halls of residence after a month or two into the academic year as many people drop out.

The room available for the short term let is at the front of the house on the ground floor opposite the small toilet and a few footsteps away from the kitchen (the room was strategically picked). It would be perfect for a smoker as the front door/garden is easily accessible.

The house has a kitchen and open plan lounge area which includes a patio leading out to our garden! There is a seperate toilet downstairs as well as a bathroom upstairs - to make those early morning rushes that little bit easier!

As a group, we are all very social and understand the importance of time that you may want for yourself. However we are always willing to have a house meal, or go out together too! All of us are second or third year students at Goldsmith's University which is about a 10 minutes walk away. The house is also a few minutes away from Old kent road so the transport links to elephant and castle are very good. There is also a sainsburys and asda within a 10 minutes radius - perfect for those student budget cravings.
