Double Room in Victorian House in New Cross

Hi there,

Our house mate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we are looking to rent his double room out. The house is on Troutbeck Road, off the main road but only three minutes walk from New Cross Gate station. If you don't know the area, we are a six minute train from London Bridge and 15 minutes from Shoreditch but you don't really have to leave New Cross because it's pretty good itself! We've got a big Sainsburys, some nice pubs (even a couple of up-and-coming bars) and a lot of bus routes.

Remaining in the house are four guys in their late 20's early 30's who all get on very well and all work full time. We go out together quite a bit but everybody has their own friends and interests outside of the house too.

The house is generally very clean - we all chip in to do bits and have a big clean up every so often. The house was refurbished four years ago and is one of those big Victorian semi-detached houses, which means we also have a garden. We have a big flat screen in the living room and internet throughout the house. We have two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the room available is furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

We are looking for someone quite like us who is clean, late 20's/early 30's full time work, likes a night out and likes a laugh!

The room is available from the 28th of July for seven months, although this could be extended if we sign another year's tenancy with the landlord. Rent is £660 per month and includes all bills and internet. Deposit is £350.
