Friendly houseshare with all females 22-25 year olds and looking for a mature friendly housemate in our house in Avery Hill, New Eltham by the University of Greenwich Avery Hill Campus (about 5-10 minutes walk).
The house is very peaceful and quiet with a very relaxed atmosphere.
We are 15 minutes walk away from two stations New Eltham & Falconwood, and fast train of 20mins into Central London.
A single room (£600 pcm) has become available with all bills, completely furnished which includes a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
The deposit required is £690. The bills included are council tax, utilities, broadband and tv license.
