URGENT: Double room with private patio

Hi there,

I am leaving my double room which has a private patio in North Greenwich.
The room is cosy and it comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, desk+mirror, plus some extra space in the corridor).

The house is clean and spacious. You will share the bathroom with a person, and the bathroom has a bathub and shower.
My current flatmates are Alex (Italian) and John (English).

The living room has comfy sofas and a big TV screen. The house has also an open plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine+tumble dryer, microwave, Sky and broadband + XBOX and Playstation).

All the rooms have laminated floors.

If needed the building has a garage/parking area.

£800 pcm all bills included. From 15th of June.

The flat is just moments from North Greenwich tube station and next to a bus stop to easily reach Greenwich or Stratford.
The area is quiet and safe. There's a big shopping area with all you may need (Sainsbury's, B&Q, Matalan, ASDA, Maplin, Poundland, boots, etc).
2 cinemas (one in the O2 Arena, and one in the shopping centre area).
