Hello!

My name is Michelle and I am looking for somebody to share a fresh, modern 2 bedroom duplex in Greenwich Millennium Village. The house is literally a stone’s throw away from the Thames coastal path which is ideal for running, a river-side stroll or cycle ride.

The house has a large lounge and open plan kitchen area with high-end appliances. The bedroom is a double unfurnished room, 3. 62m x 2. 74m and with exclusive use a of spacious family bathroom with a high pressure shower (my room has an en-suite and there is a separate down-stairs toilet). The bedroom has a Juliet balcony and is light, bright and airy.

It is a two storey property and has a very solid entrance door onto a small front patio area overlooking a cul-de-sac. Adjacent are patio doors for the lounge which adds to the sense of space.

The property is a few minutes from North Greenwich Tube station on the Jubilee line and the O2 which offers a good range of restaurants, pubs, clubs and cinema. There are nearby shops, an electric car charging station and access to the membership run Zip-car scheme. Bicycle rack storage available within the complex. Also car parking spaces available from concierge approx £50-60 per month.

I work in the city as a Facilities Manager for a large bank. I am easygoing, sociable and friendly. I like nights out with my friends, festivals, music gigs, the gym, the odd glass of wine and good food.
Am looking for someone who is equally easy going, in a professional role, relatively clean and tidy and not scared to load (and turn on) the dishwasher.

The room is available for viewing imediately with a view of a moving in date towards the end of March/Beg of April.
Rent is £715 per month; £700 deposit in advance; Agency reference fee £180. Does not include bills (Council tax, water, wifi etc). Non-smokers only. Bills are £130 per month.
The property will continue to be marketed until a security deposit is paid to the letting agent, I have been let down previously.
