We have a single room available in our fantastic 3 bedroom flat in Notting Hill. It’s £622 per month. The rent includes heating, hot water, British Gas 24h call out contract, and the buildings service charge. The flat is fully furnished, including all bedlinen. Payable in advance is one month's rent, (a security deposit.) The landlady is absolutely lovely, and was always there to help us!

The flat is about a minute away from the tube station (Westbourne Park - Hammersmith & City and Circle lines) and 3 mins away from the wonderful Portobello Road. Notting Hill gate tube is also only a 10-15min walk away. There are also bus stops for the 28, 31, 328, 7 and 70, just 2 minutes away.

The flat itself is large and modern, and arranged over two floors: on the first floor there are three bedrooms, as well as two storage cupboards and an entry phone system. On the second floor is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower over, toilet, sink and storage space. There is also a second, separate toilet next door! Opposite is a very large living room with patio doors leading to a large balcony, screened from public view, a sofa and a flat screen TV. There is a large kitchen, already fitted and furnished with all appliances, cutlery, and a table and chairs. The whole flat is very bright (south facing!) and clean :)

I’m completely flexible on the move in date, it’s whenever you’d like.
