Professional Housemate Wanted ... Notting Hill to share an end of terrace townhouse with a professional male.

The House:
- Split over three floors in a fairly quiet street with an integrated garage (used for storage which includes room for a bike if you have one)

- Ground floor: entrance, dining room and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer and microwave, etc.)

- Middle floor: three bedrooms (two double, one single) and family sized bathroom.

- Top floor: Open plan with a large sofa, banquet seating along the side of the room, piano and dumb waiter. Projector TV with black-out curtains and blind over the sky light which allows for the chance to watch a movie during the day. The room gets lots of sunlight and has a roof terrace with outdoor table, chairs and BBQ.

The Room: Double room with double bed and under-bed storage. Built-in wardrobe has a combination of shelves and hanging space. There is space for general storage on top. The blinds are backed with blackout lining which is ideal if you're someone that likes to sleep in.

Rent:
- Including cleaner, Council Tax, broadband (reasonable usage) cable TV (Virgin) home telephone (excluding calls) other household bills (gas, electricity, water etc).
- rent to be paid in advance

Bond:
- one month's rent

Location:
- Approximately 7 minutes walk from Holland Park tube station (Latimer Road and Ladbroke Grove are also nearby).
- Avondale Park is along the road, which has tennis courts and is a great green space to be enjoyed etc.

Local Amenities:
- Westfield Shopping Centre about 10 minutes minute walk (once you know the short cuts).
- Virgin Active gyms (Notting Hill and Kensington) are nearby. The Kensington Leisure centre is at the end of the road but is currently under refurbishment.
- Portobello Road and market is a leisurely walk.
- Great shops and cafes at Holland Park tube.
