Large Double Room in Awesome Flatshare
Let me start by saying I wouldn't be leaving this flat share if I wasn't moving abroad. I've been here almost 3 years and could happily have seen myself living here for a lot longer.
The Room: The room is an east facing large double (12ftx8. 5ft) with one large window. It come furnished with the most comfortable double bed I've ever slept in and a wardrobe. (You're also welcome to my shelves, desk and full length mirror if you'd like it)
The Flat: 3 double bedroom flat on the 4th floor of a 20 story tower block. The building is really safe with a double fob lock entry system and is really well maintained. It's located about a 1 minute walk from Victoria Park which is amazing in the summer/if you like running and is within walking distance of amazing pubs, the greatest local corner shops and Roman Road Market.
Really good sized living room which we all socialize in when not watching movies in our rooms. The kitchen was newly fitted 3 years ago with marble counter tops, dish washer and more cupboards than anyone could ever use.
The flat is a non-smoking flat but we have a balcony that we use when we fancy a smoke. The flat comes with broadband, full Sky TV (movies and sports included) and as much hot water as you could want.
The Housemates: In the first room there is Tom (30) an awesome Yorkshire lad with a passion for music and football.
In the second room we have Verity (32) & Andy (32). Verity is quite possibly the greatest person I have ever met and Andy is her amazing boyfriend and the deadliest shot with a Nerf gun. Verity is a master in the kitchen and there ins't a day when Andy doesn't make me laugh.
Me: I'm gutted to be leaving but i'm Mark (26). I've known Verity for 8 years, and Tom and Andy since we moved in to this flat. I'm gay and have loved living in this flat the vibe between us all have been perfect and be you straight, gay, bi, animal, vegetable or mineral you are bound to get on with all three of the people I am leaving behind in this flat.
The lease is up for renewal in September so I am looking for someone with a minimum of 4 months stay to see the end of the lease out, there will of course be the option to extend the lease for another year if you love it as much as I do.
Bills are about £53 a month with gas & electric once a quarter. Gas is included in the rent so we only pay for the hob which is about £6 a quarter
