Large Double Bedroom East London /Victoria Park

Female flatmate needed.
I have a large double room available for long term available on the 24th June (flexible).

This is within a spacious 3 floors, 3 bed Maisonette in zone 2, walking distance to Victoria Park, (Victoria Park is a beautiful very big park, great for picnics, cycling, jogging, roller blading and also has new tennis courts and the charming canals!).

The house has a large living area, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table, it also has a big garden! we have WiFi..
You would be sharing with two girls (we like to keep the house nice and tidy)
We both work during the day, and enjoy a relaxing evening at home with nice food and wine) We like to go sometimes to parties, but we like them outside the house, as we like to keep it nice and clean.. we love BBQs in our garden in the warmer months!
We just need one more! ;)

There is great transport:
The number 8 bus stops 25 meters outside (a 24 hour service) goes to to Bethnal Green Station (central line) in 10 mins and also takes you to Oxford Circus via the City.
There is a 10 min walk to Mile End tube (on the central line) and a shorter walk to to Bow Road (on the Hammersmith and City and the Distric line) and the DLR. Also there is a 3 minute walk to the 277 bus going to Canary Wharf.

Near the house there a many convenient stores, a big tesco, nice bars and quirky cafes. We have the Roman Road Market!
Its a nice a quiet area, but only minutes away from the cool Brick Lane, and Shoreditch neighborhoods
