Room for a few nights a week between Mon - Fri

There is a room in a two bed-room flat. A single room between MONDAY - FRIDAY ideally 3 nights max.

The room has a double bed with a small sofa and chest of drawers in there. The flat has a decent-sized kitchen which has a dining table and a washing machine, cooker, and large fridge freezer. A Bath, no shower at present and there is broadband.

I'd like to have Vegetarian, so no fish or meat in the flat, please.

It is an older block of flats literally on the Old Kent road (A2 triple carriage way) so no lift and several floors up

There is stop for 6 buses within minutes of flats and 2 supermarkets Tesco and Lidl within 10 minutes walk. So its not a quiet area sound wise.
Borough Tube is 20 minutes walk or by bus and Elephant & Castle a little bit more.

I keep a quiet home and expect that to stay the way. h

IMPORTANT - I am only looking for someone to stay around 3 nights max between Monday to Friday for up to 6 months.

Looking preferably for a female over 30. (NO couples or additional visitors)

You would be sharing with me, female, working from home part time. Interests in film, arts, theatre, food, random tv and current affairs.

I would require a months deposit and rent in advance plus a references and confirmation of your work/home address.
