Generous size double bedroom

Hello!

We have a generous size double bedroom in Bermondsey! The room has a double bed, shelves, a desk and a wardrobe, carpet is cleaned 3 months ago.

Our current flatmate's company is moving farther so sadly he needs to leave. We would like to have somebody who is working, have similar life style as we do. We are relaxed, quite busy doing our own stuff but have dinner, drinks or bbq together time to time.

Current flatmates are architect couple (Norwegian and Japanese), another architect (Scottish) and a structural engineer (Spanish). We don't have sitting room, but we have dining room with good size dining table where we can all sit together. There are one big bathroom and small shower room and another separate toilet. We all work close to Borough, London Bridge and Elephant castle so we cycle to work. However there is really good bus connection to almost everywhere. There is a massive Tesco near us (3 min walk) so we have no problem with getting groceries.

The rent is £630/month. Usually bills are £80 (council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi and weekly cleaning of communal area). It goes up £10-20 during winter.
