Sunny room near Oval Station

Hello, I will be leaving the UK at the end of April and am therefore putting my room up!

The room is part of a 4-bedroom flat located across from Kennington Park and near to Oval Station (Northern Line, about a 3 minute walk).

The room is approximately 10 square meters and has a lovely view of the park. It comes fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair, nighttable, wardrobe, mirror). In addition to the other bedrooms, the flat, which is on the second floor, has a large kitchen (with washer/dryer), hallway, bath, and separate toilet.

You will be living with three students, two male and one female. No gender preference for new tenant.

The rent is 560 per month, plus a 15 pound per week flat rate for all utilities/bills/Internet as well as once-weekly cleaning service. The total monthly rent is thus 620 pounds. The landlord is a professional realty company (Spaces Urban Living) and ensures that the flat is well-kept.

Transport links are excellent. Three minutes walk to Oval Station (Northern Line), where there are also numerous bus lines running in all directions.

A 24-hour Costcutters supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, while an enormous Tesco is about an 8 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops around as well as a 24-hour PureGym just across the street.

The minimum tenancy is 4 months; there is no maximum tenency.
