1 Large double room is available from September 16th as our tenancy is coming to an end. The original plan was for us all to move out but since the flat is so nice i would like to remain here and fill the three larger rooms.

The two large en suite rooms have been filled by 2 girls in their early twenties working in Law and Publishing. I am 25 and work in finance in the city and have lived in the flat for about 11 months.

The flat has a fantastic double height living room with lots of seating and a really good sized kitchen with a breakfast table. In addition to all the space inside we have a large private balcony off our mezzanine with views of most of London's landmarks (The Shard, Canary Wharf, The Eye, Big Ben, The Gherkin) and also a large shared balcony on the front of the flat - so there's loads of outdoor space. The flat is on the corner of Vauxhall Street and Kennington Oval, which both see relatively little traffic and so the flat is nice and quiet. The room is at the rear of the flat and gets no street noise at all. Super quiet for central London. Also for cricket fans, this is the block of flats with the famous balcony overlooking the Oval - see picture! All residents have access to the roof terrace at all times which is equipped with plenty of tables, chairs and BBQ's. 



The flat is very well connected - Oval tube station is 5 minutes walk away, and Vauxhall tube, bus, and rail station is 8 minutes away. Central London takes less than 10 minutes from Vauxhall, the city is less than 10 minutes fromI Oval, about 5 minutes to waterloo and 5 minutes to clapham.

The room available is a large double on the upper floor with wall to wall windows and comes furnished. The rent for the room is 850pcm

Over the last year bills have come to about 90 a month between 5 of us. This included a weekly cleaner.

I am looking to hold viewings from next week and would like to have this wrapped up buy the end of the month.
