We are private landlords and have 3 lovely rooms in a Zone 2 flat-share, ready to move into IMMEDIATELY.

The property is located just off the New Cross Road in Zone 2 & close to local shops and other amenities. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a short stroll as is public transport.
There are 3 tube & train stations within 10 minutes walk. There is also a variety of excellent and frequent bus links to the city, West End. Camberwell, Greenwich, Bermondsey and Surrey Quays.
The property has recently been refurbished and is always well maintained.
It includes the following:

All applicants must:
- Provide proof they have a legal right to reside and work or study in the UK.
- Be in full or part time employment or enrolled as a student and must demonstrate they are able to afford the monthly rent.
Full-time Students must provide evidence of financial support (a guarantor) or aid (scholarship, grant, bursary etc).
-Be clean, tidy, considerate and conscientious. This is NOT a loud, student halls type place, but a quiet home where people can relax or study in peace. It is very popular with professionals and mature students for that reason.
-Agree to a credit and reference check
(Unfortunately, there is a non refundable fee of £49 for this due to an external company)
-Sign a standard tenancy agreement for a minimum 6 months stay
-Pay a security deposit equal to 1 months rent
-Provide proof if exempt from council tax (students)
These terms are non negotiable.

- Direct contact with the landlord. We do not employ agents or other middlemen. If there is an issue you can contact us directly, anytime.
In addition, we do not charge agents fees for preparing tenancy agreements or any other admin work apart from the aforementioned referencing fee.
