One of the prettiest streets in Peckham, this 2 bed flat is on one of the last remaining late Georgian roads in the area.

It's opposite a little park, on a no through road (no traffic noises) and has a leafy garden at the back big enough for BBQs and get togethers.

Zone 2, Queen's Road Peckham (perfectly in between the many, many sights and offerings Peckham and New Cross have to offer)

Amazing transport links, plus 2m from a big supermarket (which is thankfully out of eyeshot!)

Queens Road Peckham station is 5 m away, there's about six routes on the street behind, including night busses, plus a whole load more routes within close walking distance. All going to central London, Southbank, north London, Greenwich, and further afield

The overground has made it super accessible now, trains direct to Shoreditch in 15m (goes onto Dalston), or the other way you'll find Clapham Junction, Brixton (Denmark Hill) 15m away direct or less. Or use it to hook up to the tube line. Alternatively, trains get into London Bridge in an unbelievable 6m.

The flat itself is fully furnished. Two big doubles, about the same size, one overlooking the front garden and park, the other the back garden. Both have shelving, mirrors, double wardrobes.

Listed as £1550 but it comes with all bills included, so £1700 pm (or £850 per room) including bills + a fortnightly cleaner! Only exception is the electric and gas, which is currently combined together with EDF - not included, and a TV license if you want it.

So that's water, council tax, internet, we share a gardener for the front and back lawns, etc. all covered. There's also flower beds if you're green fingered at the front and back.

Super sad to be leaving it but I'm moving country :(
