Looking for a third person to share lovely home

Hello, we’re two ladies looking for a lovely third housemate to come and join us mid September.

We’re both in our early thirties and ideally would like to find someone of a similar stage and age. We both work in the creative industry and like our home to be somewhere lovely where we can relax and escape. We’re clean and tidy without being obsessive and enjoy each others company whilst having lives of our own.

The house itself is a beautiful Victorian terraced property near Peckham Rye, just a 5 minute walk to Peckham Rye station, and a 10 min walk to East Dulwich. There is plenty of communal space, a lovely bathroom, a big kitchen and a magical garden. The bedroom for rent is a double bedroom and the rent is £700 pcm, not including bills.

The house came unfurnished and we have furnished it ourselves, however there is plenty of room for more stuff if you already have furniture. The bedroom is unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe, and neutrally decorated.
