Lovely House, Best Road... Flexible terms...

Large double room in beautiful Victorian house. The room is furnished with a kingsize bed, double chest of drawers, and plenty of storage. It has an original fireplace and neutral furnishings and is next to the bathroom on its own floor. The house is lovely with a large garden overlooking a fab park. It has a large kitchen diner and two other reception rooms so there is plenty of space for privacy if required.

I am a single mother to two children (who are in bed by 7.30pm and sleep till approx 7am, are also very good sleepers!). I am looking for an easygoing, tidy person probably 30+ who would respect our home whilst hopefully also feeling relaxed here themselves. Whilst there is no allocated parking the area does not require permits so it is easy to keep a car here.

(NB> I am also willing to do a 7 day let to the right person, at a slightly higher rate of £625pm)

My current lodger leaves on the 22 December to go back to NZ having been here for a year - we are sorry to see her go!

I have lived in this area for ten years and absolutely love it. We have amazing connections: Blackfriars 10mins, Victoria 13mins, London Bridge 10mins, and now of course the fabulous Overground connecting to Clapham Junction 15mins, Shoreditch High Street 15mins, or brilliantly its 3 stops to Canada Water and then you're straight on the Jubilee Line which connects you quickly to Canary Wharf or into the west end in no time. The house is on a gorgeous road of beautiful period properties and a 5 minute walk to the very fashionable Bellenden Road with excellent cafes, restaurants, pubs, boutiques. This part of London has always been a bit of a well-kept secret - not so much any more. The area is safe, full of a mix of families and professionals and its a pleasure to live here.
