I have a light and bright double bedroom available to rent in an ideal location for transport links, local amenities and green spaces.

Penge East, Penge West, Crystal Palace, Clock House Station, The East London Overground and Croydon Tram Line are all within a 15min walking distance and all offer superb transport links. The flat is located within a stones throw of a variety of shops, supermarkets, a 24hr McDonald's and green spaces including Crystal Palace park which is under a mile away. The road isn't restricted for parking in anyway, which is a luxury and finding street parking close by and in view from bedroom window is very likely due to its surprisingly quiet location.

Im ideally looking for a laid back professional as I enjoy living in a relaxed and harmonious environment. I am also happy to consider professionals who are working away from home on locum / temporary contact who need somewhere to stay during the week on a temporary basis.

The flat is a new build, modern split level, fully furnished and I like to keep it clean and tidy. The room has a double bed but you will have to provide storage. I have a very clean kitchen with all facilities (excluding a tumble dryer) which are all available and included in the cost. I also have a small garden where you are able to smoke, sunbathe and generally enjoy!

Finally I have 2 short haired cats so people with allergies or phobias best not apply!!
