I am looking for someone ASAP
I live in a lovely very spacious 2 bed coverted church flat 2 double rooms and the one to rent has a ensuite. The room to rent is Unfurnished but there is a built in wardrobe and the rest of the flat is furnished.

Very close to 2 stations London Bridge, East london line West croydon and Victoria.
London overground and southeastern trains Travel Zone 4 both stations 5mins walk!
Rent is £750inc bills each gas, electricity, water, Internet.

£850 couples

5min or slightly less walk to crystal Palace park
5 min walk to all shops on the high street, 10 min bus ride to crystal Palace parade and in the other direction to Beckenham high street both have lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

Im 34 very tidy living in a relaxed environment, Im not a party animal but do enjoy a good night out now and again and love festivals.
Also love a good move, food and chill!

Im looking for a professional cheerful people/person, who are sociable, tidy and respects eachothers space at the same time.
