I've a relaxed calm demeanour and am easy, I'm a professional and work full time, I work a few days a week from home and use the lounge as an office. The living room space would be fully accessible to you should you want to use it at any time.

I'd expect a level of fairness from you and consideration is the cornerstone of good living in my opinion.
