Plumstead, living rm, 4bed, 2bath & 2WC separate

We treat each other as friends/family here and we are seeking one lovely lady who wants a home! We recently had a very pleasant house meal with board games and we often have happy, fun, gatherings.

We are a 10 min walk from Plumstead train station, or you can take a bus from just outside the house which will get you to Woolwich Arsenal Rail & DLR station in 10 mins.

Our house is very spacious, it is a semi detached property situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with a live in owner (Me! ;-D). We have a large (3.53m x 3.13m) living/dining room and a custom made U shaped sofa (see photos).

All bills are included. We also include all the loo roll, kitchen roll, hand soap, washing up liquid/tablets and cleaning products/cloths.

We have wireless hi speed broadband.

We have a utility room (brand new washer and a brand new separate dryer), a modern fitted kitchen with brand new dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave and American style side by side fridge freezer.

For ease of showering we have a downstairs shower room and separate loo as well as an upstairs bathroom and separate loo. There is a large garden, patio chairs, a big bbq, and residential parking.
