New build newly furnished double room to let!

Thanks for coming here. I'm a private landlord who just recently bought this brand new build 2-bed flat.

It is 2 min walk from Poplar dlr. 10 walk to Canary Wharf. 3rd floor. Double bed. South facing (very important!). Plenty of sunshine every day :) Beautiful view of Canary Wharf from the window.

Transport wise it is 12 minutes on the dlr to Bank station. So very fast to get into town. Poplar is at the intersection of the dlr so really convenivent to go everywhere.

Brand new built property and brand new furnished furniture. All the washing machine, dish drier, microwave and utensils are also new.

There are two bathrooms in the flat. One is part of the ensuite. The other is communal. As I will be using the ensuite, the other bathroom is essentially for you. Skylight bathroom.

I've been living in the current room for a couple of months since I bought the flat and furnished this room first. I recently just finished furnishing the other master bedroom so I will be living in the other one and this one is now free to rent.

Tescos is 5 minutes down the road. Very quiet area. Total of 9 household in this building. 2 sets of electronic doors with security camera. Very safe.

All bills and council tax are included. As well as wireless broadband.

I'm a professional working in the city in finance. As everything in the flat, as well the flat itself is new and clean, my major requirement is that Im looking for someone clean. I'm a quiet person and prefer someone who is also on the polite/quiet side. This is for 1 person only.
