My good friend is moving out with his girlfriend so I need to rent his room out.

The flat is ideally located just off Putney hill on St Johns avenue. Putney overland train station is 3 mins walk away, East Putney tube is 4 mins walk away and the bus stops are 3 mins walk away with loads of buses going in all directions. The flat is also 3 mins walk from the high street which has lots of the usual shops, pubs, cafes, supermarkets etc. Odeon cinema is at the end of the highstreet and the Virgin Active gym is just a stones throw away.

This two bedroom flat is a warm, cosy and homely top floor flat (with a lift!). The flat has recently been decorated to a high standard and consits of a modern, good sized kitchen and bathroom with a shower (both have underfloor heating). The living room is large and airy with a door leading out to a medium sized balcony. We have a 40" LCD TV on the wall, Sky+, broadband and a Playstation 3. The flat also has a garage which can be used to store a motorbike, push bike skis/snowboards, golf clubs etc. The building also has visitors parking.

The room for rent is the larger, master bedroom. It's a really comfortable room which comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, huge built in wardrobes, shelving and a large wall mounted TV/DVD.

A bit about me, I'm a very easy going, fun, clean and tidy, sociable 31 year old english guy (who makes a great cup of tea). I like going to the gym and playing all sports. Like most people I tend to socialise with friends over the weekends and enjoy cooking the odd roast at home on a Sunday. During the week I work 9-5(ish) and in the evenings I enjoy either chilling out at home or popping to the pub for one or two.

I like to keep the place pretty clean and tidy so someone with the same views is important. I'm looking for someone who is like minded (easy-going and fun). So if you're a week night, serial party animal or you like to lock yourself in your bedroom 24hrs aday we may not work to well.
