Hi, I'm looking for someone who can take my place in the summer (from around 15 July to 15 Sep).
The price is £220 PCW, including bills (heat, gas, electricity, water), but negotiable.
It is really close to Imperial College, Royal College of Music, Royal College of Art, etc, (about 3 minutes walk), making it an ideal place for students therein. And it's only 10 minutes walk to nearest tube stations (Gloucester road & South Ken & High Street Ken).
A short video is attached (it may need some time to appear). The room is the second one (currently the first one is also empty), full of daylight and properly furnished. The bed in the video has been replaced with a double bed:). Although the property looks a little bit old, it's quite a good flat considering the golden location with this price.
