Less than 5 minutes walk from Queen’s Park tube station (Bakerloo line) and a 8 minute walk from Brondesbury Park station (over ground).Main bus stop (next to Queens Park Tube station) is a 4 to 5 minutes walk to bus numbers, 6 (24hrs), 36 (24hrs), 187, 206, & 316.

The house is large, not crowded, and well spread out. It has a total of five bedrooms, plus a self contained attic room. There are two bedrooms ,toilet, bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor . The first floor has three bedrooms and another kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The final bedroom is on the second floor and has its own kitchen area (this room is more like a studio apartment). There is a backyard for outdoor chill outs and summer bbq’s. The sitting room/lounge is on the ground floor, next to the entrance door. It is sizeable, bright and cosy with dining area and TV.

To give you some background about the five of us already living here, (4 females and a males) we are between the ages of 23 and 30, professionals, friendly and out-going. .We live quite busy lives, but we are very sociable and enjoy catching up over a glass of wine or a cup of tea when we are in. We are looking for house mate who would like to spend some time together when convenient as well as doing their own thing. We have a clean and tidy house and we don't throw wild parties so we are looking for non-smoking professionals who will help us to keep the place looking nice and treat it as their home, not just a place to live.
