The location is perfect! Close to kilburn station, queens park station, brondesbury park (connections overground to euston, Richmond, clapham, shepherds bush, stratford, Camden etc. tube is bakerloo or jubilee) close to parks, bars, coffee shops, pubs, shops- tesco less than 5 mins up the road) we are a sociable bunch who balance between spending time together and doing our own thing.
