The flat is in an old Victorian house on the first floor, between two other flats with very friendly neighbours. There are wooden floors, high ceilings and lovely architectural features throughout. The bedroom is on the quiet side of the house. My living room has a dining table that folds out to double-size, a long standing desk, sofa and chest of drawers. Bathroom has a loo, sink, mirrored cupboard, tub, heated towel rack and shower. Kitchen overlooks the garden downstairs and is very well-equipped because I love to cook.

It's situated between Kilburn and Queens Park in North-West London - so the neighbourhood is diverse (all races, young and old, families, singles and students) - and has every kind of shop, from artisanal bakeries and green markets to big supermarkets and convenience stores.

This spot is also extremely well connected, with 2 tube lines (Bakerloo & Jubilee), 2 overground train lines and a dozen 24 hour bus routes within 5 minutes walking distance.
