The house has a huge modern kitchen, dining room with sliding doors onto a lovely sunny south facing garden. There are 4 rooms (2 en-suite), a massive bathroom, and an extra toilet.

Gorgeous spacious ensuite room with double bed and huge mirrored wardrobe. Lovely ensuite shower room, quiet and light on leafy street just off the huge park (golf course, tennis courts, ping pong and great cafe) It has big windows and loads of light (the whole house is filled with light actually). There is also an extra cloakroom and utility room.

The current tenants are one of the best parts of this place:
Ellie, an English girl, Alex, an English guy working in advertising. Archie and English guy working in real estate , an David, a Swiss guy working in/hospitality (and is a ridiculously amazing chef in his spare time). This is an amazing group of people that really take care of the house, and will of course expect someone that treats this as a home. Everyone is really sociable and laid-back, with busy schedules but up for some banter in the kitchen.
