Double Room in Queens Park

We have one double room available in our house in Queens Park. The room has lots of wardrobe and storage space. The rest of the house is also very spacious with a large kitchen/dining room as well as a generous living room. We also have a small garden and patio area outside.

The location has good transport links being a 5-10 minute walk from Queens Park station for the bakerloo and overground lines as well as several buses nearby that go directly to Oxford Circus, Victoria etc.

There's currently a couple, 1 girl and 2 boys in the house, all professionals aged 25-30 who work during the week but like to relax and socialise on the weekend and we're looking for a like minded person to join us.

The rent is £570 a month excluding bills that come to around £60-£70 a month. The rooms available now so we're looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible. There's also an admin fee of £120 that needs to be paid to the agency for referencing.
