Private room available in two bed share, in trendy Queens Park. It is a five minute walk from Queens Park station and 15mins from Central London on the Bakerloo line. QP, is a very sought after neighborhood with lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are also great Yoga/Pilates studios and gyms all within short walking distance from the flat.

The room is very bright and comes fully furnished. It is accessed by it's own hall way on the other side of the house and so affords all the privacy and piece you need. You will all so have access to a beautiful large balcony that is fully furnished and has a state of the art BBQ. Perfect for spring and summer. There is also a large kitchen and with dinning table and all the mod cons, including washer/dryer.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable decorated with lots of books and art. There is also a widescreen TV w/surround sound and cable TV. The Bathroom is bright and airy and has both a bath & shower. It also has a towel dryer and underfloor heating. Lastly, there is a lovely cleaner who comes by once a week and does a brilliant job cleaning the whole flat.

You will be sharing with my flat mate and dear friend, a very busy actor who enjoys good bottles of red wine and good food with friends. Nyasha and I would often cook together and catch up on each other's day. An ideal flat mate would be a professional, who is as passionate about their work as he is but likes to share a home rather than just a place to lay their head.

I love this flat and QP is a fantastic area to live in. I am moving to the US and that us the only reason why I would give up this flat share. The rent is a £1000per month plus utilities (around a £100-150 a month depending on gas use) this covers: heating, water, electricity, cable and wifi.
