Cosy room in a fun, friendly house

I am sad to leave my old friends to go travelling, but know that whoever moves in to the flat is going to have lots of giggles watching films with a glass of wine and the odd human rights debate over dinner!

There is an enormous outdoors space where we grow our own food and sometimes have a fire. There is a hammock too for star gazing in winter and sunbathing in the summer.

The house is relaxed and homely, and while its kept clean and tidy this isn't a house for anyone very tidy as they will get annoyed. We're also looking for someone who likes collecting kitchen waste to make compost and recycling.

I think someone with similar interests as described above and a laid back attitude to life will make a happy addition to the flat.

The contract runs out June 10th, but will be renewed if it suits everyone at the time, so although it is 7 months to start with, it could be a year or two.

Bills are £75 per month inc council tax, water, gas, electric and wifi.
