Our flatmate, Harry is moving out and we are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely flatshare!
The price for the double room is £940pcm, all bills included.
The room measures 2.6m x 3m, with real hardwood flooring and LED downlights. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest drawer and bedside table.
The flat is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a Victorian townhouse. There is a large communal kitchen with dining table for 5 and a private roof terrace that was invaluable during the lockdown: as a workout space and for barbecues.
It takes 4 mins to walk to Great Portland Street Station, 5 mins - Regents Park Station, 5 mins - Warren Street Station. Regents Park is just 4 minutes walk from the house and the location is perfect for avid runners and very safe.
For grocery shopping, there is an abundance of choice within walking distance: Tesco Express, Sainsburys, Amazon Fresh, Lidl, M&S, Wholefoods, Aldi and Oseyo.
The room will be available from the 1st of September, with viewings on Saturday 19th August and Sunday 20th August,
