An amazing double bedroom with ensuite bathroom 100m from Primrose Hill on Regents Park Road, available to move in from 5 September.

I am a female in my 30s looking for a non-smoking, working professional, single aged 28-37 years of age to live in with me in my great house on Regents Park Road in Primrose Hill.

The apartment:

It is a maisonette-style two-bedroom apartment set over two floors, amongst the restaurant/retail area of Primrose Hill (NW1). It is 100m to Primrose Hill Park, and stone's throw to restaurants, pubs, boutique shops and a small supermarket.
The apartment is furnished by the landlord (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, beds, sofa) and partially furnished by the flatmate (kitchenware, dining table, TV).
The apartment is bright and spacious. The bottom floor is the common living area, with a large living/dining room and a separate well-equipped kitchen.

The two bedrooms are on the floor above, each with their own bathrooms.

The closest Tube Station is Chalk Farm, which is on the Northern Line. The tube stop is a 4 minute walk away.

Bedroom:

The bedroom for rent is a large size, very sunny and has a king size double bed. There are two large built-in cupboards in the room and plenty of space for your own drawers or table. Opposite the room is your own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Existing flatmate:

Pip, 35 yr old outgoing New Zealander working in Global Brand Management. Has been in London for 6 years. No plans to leave anytime soon.

Ideally I'd like a person who is easy-going and friendly, of similar age. Someone who is tidy and enjoys a glass of wine during the evenings to wind down with would be ideal.

You would be expected to sign onto the lease with me, and the landlord would conduct normal background checks for this. The initial term of the lease would be 6 months.

The Rent is £1063 per calendar month,
paid on the 7th of each month. Bills are on top of this: Council Tax, TV lic., Gas, Electricity and WiFi. The Bond required is £1425, and this is held by a bond management company.
