The position is ideal: the flat it's 2 mins' walk from Regents Park, and a few mins' walk from Great Portland Street, Warren Street or Regents Park Tube Stations, shops and supermarkets.
The new flatmates have to sign with me a new tenancy contract with the Agency and pay the deposit asap. The flat will be available from September, 19th.
