We have a spacious, large double room for a cool flatmate.

Cassie & I are looking for a nice, sociable, busy, healthy flat mate who doesn't want to stay in all weekend but feels 100% part of the family.

Someone with a life & interests, sporty cool but not important. No couch potatoes please!!

Cooking, drinking nice wine, reading & working out in our homemade gym in the spare room takes up most of our time.

There is a large double room for rent. We have a small office/gym for all to use.

The flat is 1 minute from Edgware road & marylebone train station, 4 to Baker street.

Professional preferred, but not essential, who works normal hours(8-6, 9-7). We want someone to hang out with & share a glass of wine. We are both self employed trainers & come & go all day.

I have lived here for over 4 years as the location is unbelievable. Regents Park, Hyde Park, Camden & the canal are a short walk away. 10 minutes to Oxford street & 25 to Notting Hill. All the major bus routes are on the door step. The road we live on is quiet with the odd noisy bike passing. No one lives in front or behind that you can see or hear.

If you feel you can fit in let me know. We have a cleaner twice a month. The flat is big & friendly with a fire place in 4 rooms.
