Marylebone, Regents Park flat to rent. Zone 1. FT

Brilliant, spacious, contemporary room to rent. We (a nice couple) are looking to share our beautiful place with a busy, easy going, friendly person. Please no couch potatoes.

Cassie & I are looking for a nice, sociable, busy, healthy flat mate who doesn't want to stay in all weekend but feels 100% part of the family. Someone with a life & interests, sporty cool but not important. Not a stay in & watch box sets all evening type.

Cooking, drinking nice wine, reading & working out in our small homemade gym in the spare room takes up most of the time. We like the odd episode of Game of Thrones.

There is a spare double room for rent. We have a small office/gym for all to use. The flat is 2 minutes from Edgware road & marylebone train station, 6 minutes o Baker street.

Professional preferred, but not essential, who works normal hours(8-6, 9-7). We want someone to hang out with & share a glass of wine if you want. We are both self employed physical trainers & come & go all day.

I have lived here for 4 years as the location is unbelievable. Regents Park, Hyde Park, Camden & the canal are a short walk away. 10 minutes to Oxford street & 20-25 to Notting Hill. All the major bus routes are on the door step. The road we live on is quiet & no one lives in front or behind that you can see or hear.

If you feel you can fit in let me know. We have a cleaner & live in a tidy well kept place. The flat is big & friendly with a fire place in 4 rooms.

The only bill not included is the heating. This is every 3 months and around 20-50 per month depending on the season.

The room is part furnished. Our Flatmate who is sadly leaving is replacing the bed, & leaving a curtained wardrobe. So the room will look different soon. Feel free to bring anything you wish as there is plenty of room.
