Hidden Gem in Primrose Hill

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate for our beautiful house in Primrose Hill, situated between Camden Town and Chalk Farm stations. There is plenty of space in the house with 4 levels - the ground floor is a large modern kitchen and dining area, the first floor has a spacious living area and workspace with 2 terraces on each side (one overlooking the canal!), the top 2 levels are with bedrooms and bathrooms.

We are located along the Regent's Canal where we have an outdoor eating/bbq area and a door that leads right on to the canal footpath. We also have a garage/storage room which accommodates laundry, bicycles etc.

The location is exceptional with London Zoo, Regent's Park and Primrose Hill on our doorstep, and Camden or Chalk Farm stations within a short walk. We are also 5 minutes from a huge Morrison's supermarket, or Wholefoods in Camden.

The double room is on the 2nd floor, with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a wardrobe and drawers.

The current housemates are a mix of professionals from Ireland, India and Australia. We travel often (or at least used to...), and have quite hectic jobs but it is also a friendly and warm house-share, where we hang out and watch TV together or share meals (and the odd party!). We would like someone like-minded, who appreciates the peace and calm of the house, but also likes to socialise at weekends. Unfortunately we can't have pets as the landlord won't allow them.

The room is available from 1st July, though this can be earlier if needed.
