Room available is in a 4 bedroom maisonette, on 2 levels, (like a house inside).

Would suit tidy easy going single person for this friendly share, a mix of students and professionals.

The kitchen/living room has a washing machine, 2 fridges, glass halogen hob, double oven, dryer, TV with freeview and DVD, Shower, Combi boiler (constant hot water), super-fast wireless broadband internet (62mbps d/l) and all bedrooms have wood flooring.

The flat is clean and cozy and a real home from home.

People who aren't afraid to clean please!!!...a cleaner visits every 2 weeks but there are always the daily things to do. The cleaning fee is paid separately through the bank.

Trying to find responsible people so I can move out as soon as possible.

One months deposit and one months rent the day you move in. Then pay by standing order each calendar month on that day of the month.

NB: You supply the bedding - although there is lots of random bedding available if needed.

Five minutes from Richmond Park, Putney Heath, Wimbledon Common, Co-op Supermarket, Post Office, doctors, pharmacy, 2 pubs, Chinese restaurant, kebab shop, fried chicken shop and close to all the Roehampton universities.

Genuine non smokers only and DEFINITELY NO STREET DRUGS PLEASE!

No dogs or cats or other furry animals, sorry! In cages/tanks fine. There are goldfish in the living room.

Other Information about the area:

Putney and Barnes rail way 10 min by bus.

Putney Bridge underground 15min by bus.

TRAIN
The closest train stations to Roehampton are Barnes and Putney.

Barnes station is just a short bus ride away on route numbers 72 or 265.

Alternatively, it takes approximately 10 minutes to cycle to Barnes station from the heart of Roehampton.

Putney station can be reached by bus numbers 430 and 85 or bike approximately 12 minutes.

TUBE
Although Roehampton doesn't have a tube station, the 265 and 85 buses take you directly to Putney Bridge Tube Station on the District Line, also the 72 bus takes you Hammersmith Tube Station or you can catch the 85 or 430 to Putney High Street from where it's a short walk to East Putney Tube Station.

BUSES
Eight bus routes run through Roehampton.
The N74 night bus runs through Roehampton and routes 72 and 85 operate 24 hours a day.

72 to Shepherds Bush/Hammersmith
265 to Putney Bridge
265 to Tolworth
85 to Putney Bridge
85 to Kingston (25-30 minutes)

170 to Clapham Junction
493 to Richmond
430 to Putney Bridge - South Kensington
