New student flatmates for 2017-18 academic year
We are looking for two new flatmates to move into an existing flat share in Roehampton, as two of us will be graduating and moving out when the lease expires in August 2017.
We've filled one room, so we still have one going!
It's ideal for a Roehampton student as it's 5 minutes walk from Froebel, 10 minutes walk to Whitelands and well-connected to Putney, Barnes, Richmond, Wandsworth, Wimbledon and other areas in south west London. However, you need not be a Roehampton student as two of us are studying at King's College London and it's an easy journey into central London.
We're all mature students who enjoy nights in playing on PS4, watching shows on Netflix and having a meal together as we are a sociable flat. We also like meeting new people, so if you move in don't feel shy about inviting people round!

Also, the contract only allows students to be tenants, so if you are a professional we cannot take you on; apologies.
