This is a double room in a sough after location as shown in pictures, you will get the exact same one. £750pm for one person, price is including bills for MON-FRI. Available from November(earlier is possible). Former flatmate, my friend, has found a place nearer to work hence the move. The Rental is high due to the share of large area of the flat, there would be only 2 persons including you and each has own bathroom.

Double + large windows with a river view at the side + furnished with:
double bed(single is available if you prefer), a double wardrobe, bedside table, Tall Ikea Billy Bookshelf, carpeted floor.

FLAT:
modern fully fitted kitchen + washing machine + Freezer + Fridge + Large shared Living room + Own bathroom (not ensuite, as I have my own)

FLATMATES:
Sharing with 1 others, professionals, young and friendly. Very responsible with bills so would expect the same. Else bills will have to be separated if there's too many surprises.

PREFERRED FLATMATE:
A considerate person + clean(very important) + respect each other's privacy (have a chat or a glass of drink every now and then but also understands the need of quiet time) + strictly NO party animals or loud music + Pay rental on time
Not suitable for someone who needs a huge storage (as long as you could keep things in your room). Preferably PROFESSIONAL

LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS:
A quiet and beautiful riverside residential area!! Plenty of greenery around, its surely a place to call home.

It is an ideal place for riverside walks, jogging along the Thames, cycling, while the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, Southwark Park, 24 hour Tesco, Odeon, Bowling are only a short distance away. There's also a Beautiful riverside pub, Chinese and Indian takeaway & pizza along the road. Plenty of sports facilities around the area including football, basketball, tennis, gym, etc. A new and modern Southwark Library is at Canada Water station if you fancy a book or two.

CANADA WATER Station, ROTHERHITHE Station, BERMONDSEY station.
BUS : 4 buses that takes you around all the stations mentioned above.
C10 bus stop right in front & 381 N381 stops within 3 mins walk, they take you to both Canada Water & Rotherhithe or a 10mins walk to Rotherhithe station.
Free secured Car Parkings right in front or side of the building within the gates are available too.
