THE HOUSE:

- 3 bedroom
- 3 floor modern town house
- Gated Property
- New kitchen
- Garden (bigger than it looks, we once fit a full size adult bouncy castle out there)
- Garage for extra storage.

All mod cons like dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, even a wine fridge!

Kitchen and spacious lounge both have wall mounted flat screen TV's with Sky+

THE HOUSE-MATES:

We both moved to London for Masters courses and we love living in this house. Sadly our current house-mate is moving away.

Both of us work full time in the day and treat our house like a home, keeping it nice and tidy.

We like to cook, one of us is Italian and makes a fantastic Lasagne and it won't be unusual in the winter to have a full Sunday Roast. I also make a mean chilli.

We like BBQ's in the summer and have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

There is always a very good atmosphere, fun and relaxed, we go to the local for after work drinks every now and then (nice views over the Thames) and usually go out on a weekend (bars and clubs in East London or Soho)and can generally be found milling around London at markets and cafes.

We like to have a laugh and want someone who will fit in with us (we do enjoy sharing a bottle of wine on occasion), dinner, watching trashy TV and general bonding but we have our own lives too.
You will always be asked how your day was when you walk in the door!

THE BEDROOM:
Fully furnished:

- Double bed
- Under-bed storage
- Wardrobe (with full length mirror)
- Small dresser.
- Large window over looking the forecourt.

Room is on the 1st floor with the lounge (we are very considerate about noise levels).
Family bathroom shared with one other house-mate on the second floor.

It is quite a cosy room but there is plenty of open communal space too.

THE LOCATION:

- Quiet residential area
- near the river.
- 5 minute walk to Rotherhithe station (Overground).
- 10 minute walk or 1 tube stop to Canada water (Jubilee Line).
-Large convenience store nearby
- A very large Tesco and all other amenities(10 mins walk)including; cinema, bowling alley, even bingo!

- We are both members of a gym 10 minutes walk away.
- The Thames path is lovely for a run and so is Southwark park down the road.

We also have key access to a gated pier on the Thames river!
